Tech staff are very friendly and courteous. They are available by phone for appointments or support. When they encounter a problem they don't give up until it is resolved. Very pleased with the service.

Was advised you could assist me in finding a new computer and setting up/transferring to new one - is this service only if one signs a contract? As a senior who, while weary, has never had a lot of problems with computing and think the monthly fee is beyond me. I need help at this point until I get resettled then don't anticipate more than an occasional problem. I do like the home visit.
